Designed for looms with a native 3.2m width, this curtain fabric eliminates the need for seams on high windows in hotels, office buildings, and large villas. It allows full-width lamination in one go, making it ideal for large-scale projects.
Effective lamination width of the equipment = maximum fabric width of raw material + 80–120 mm trimming allowance
Example: Raw material standard: 2.8m curtain fabric → select ≥2.9m, directly specify 3.0m/3.2m machine models;
For regular 2.8m fabric mass production, the 3000mm curtain fabric laminating machine offers the best cost-performance ratio and is preferred.
Main: 2200, 2400; Large engineering order: 3400.
Standard 1800/2200/2400; small manufacturers mostly use 2200.
Common custom sizes available: 1800, 2200, and 2400 mm.
- Do not precisely match the fabric width without leaving a trimming allowance; continuous production will easily lead to misalignment and insufficient edge cutting, resulting in entire rolls being scrapped.
- Primarily for home retail orders: prioritize 2600mm width, maximizing versatility; for bulk engineering curtain wall orders, directly use the 3400mm wide-format line.
- Sheer and lightweight translucent curtains can be separately processed on a 1800/2000 narrow-width machine, without occupying the main wide-width production line.
