Bronzing Machine Description

- Function 1: To add chemical (and pattern) onto fabric or artificial leather, curing and press (and transfer the color of the foil onto fabric or artificial leather).
- Function 2: To add chemical and pattern onto foil and curing and press the foil with fabric.
- Function 3: Color changing of artificial leather or film.
Various materials, such as sofa fabric, knitted fabric, artificial leather, nonwoven, laminated fabric all can be used in Kuntai bronzing machine.

Bronzing Machine Features
- 1. Curing Oven: Length of heating oven can be 6m, 7.5m, customizable. Heating method can be electric or hot oil heating. Energy saving design available on request. Heating oven is arc-shaped. It makes film running more smoothly and heating more uniform.
- 2. Speed Control: It is frequency control. Speed is precisely set and operation is easy.
- 3. Blade Rack: Blade rack can be multiaspect adjusted and swing around, effectively protecting the blade and engraved/design roller and guaranteeing good stamping/bronzing effect.
- 4. Chemical Tank: Chemical tank mechanism: It adopts worm gear and gear rack devices, which can adjust the up and down movement of the chemical tank according to the amount of chemical, greatly reducing labor intensity.
- 5. Pressing Part: For pressing part, it adopts oil pressure(hydraulic). Stable and suitable for various designs bronzing. Mirror surface and chromed surface are available on request.
- 6. Digital Operation: Machine is PLC controlled to achieve digital operation. It is much easier to study and operate the machine and monitor.
- 7. Aluminum Rollers: The aluminum alloy rollers protects materials and feeds smoothly and precisely.
