Beam press cutting machine is designed to cut non-metal materials (such as leather, rubber and cloth) with the help of cutting die mould both large size or small size.
Kuntai makes a variety of beam press cutting machines with difference automatic feeding methods, such as automatic sliding feeding table/double side auto feed, automatic conveyor belt feeding, automatic pitch roller/clamp feeding:
- Automatic sliding feeding table: suitable for cutting both materials in sheets and materials in rolls. It is a type of relatively economic and continuous automatic cutting machine. Beam press with auto side double feed can cut materials in sheets with higher productivity.
- Automatic conveyor belt feeding: suitable for both soft and hard materials in sheets and in rolls. It is a type of highly automatic and productive cutting machine.
- Automatic pitch roller/clamp feeding: suitable for some sort of rolled materials cutting. It is a type of compact and easy operating automatic cutting machine.
For many industries, we can add different types of lamination devices in the back feeding area of the beam press cutting machines, to realize fully continuous automatic operation process.

- Specially designed device for cutting moulds on the upper board is optional, making it convenient to change cutting moulds.
- Double connecting rod balance and hydraulic drive. All moving parts have auto lubricating system, prolonging the machine service life and enhancing cutting precision.
- Specially designed oil pressure system. The upper board lowers fast depending on its own heavy and when it is near the material, it will slow down, keeping the specs of the upper side and the lower side of the materials the same.
- Flywheel energy storage tech helps realize high pressure cutting, saving power. The oil temp will not rise.
- Stroke setting mechanism can easily and precisely set the cutting height according to different cutting moulds.
- After high frequency quenching, the excircle surface of cylinder rod will be hard chrome plated, prolonging the service life of the machine.
- The hydraulic system adopts auto oil adding speed enhancing cylinder. When working, it lowers rapidly and the hydraulic pump is in the state of unloading. It produces less heat and can work continuously for a long time. This is Germany tech and we learnt it after German engineers. Other factories even do not know this tech.
- Different specially designed multi-rolls unwinder frames available for different materials cutting.
- The machine has memory function. For the cutting moulds, the material feeding data can be stored and recalled. In future, just input the cutting mould serial number, the machine will recall previous data and work accordingly.
