- Versatility of application
- The material feeding roller is driven by air cylinder, realizing more rapid, convenient and precise process.
- There is a glue scraping blade to scrape the glue evenly onto fabric and the unique glue channel design facilitates the cleaning of the glue after lamination.
- High quality heat resistant mesh belt press the two layers of fabrics closely against the drying roller, improving the drying and bonding effect. The laminated product is soft, firm and flat.
- Automatic infrared centering control unit effectively prevents the mesh belt deviation and prolongs the net belt service lifespan.
- Special antirust Teflon paper protects the laminated material when the temperature of the heating drying roller is very high and no glue will stick to the drying roller.
- All the heating pipes in the drying roller are made of stainless steel. There are usually two sets of heating system in the drying roller. The heating can change from two sets to one set. It is safe and energy saving.
- Counting device and rewinding device are installed on the machine.
- Hot melt film unwinder with tension controller can be installed on the machine.
- Tension apparatus and hydraulic side alignment and guide device can be added to reduce operating workers and paralleling the materials.
