• The UD fabric impregnation machine consists stable mechanical operation rollers and special-shaped devices to spread uniformly the fibre, impregnate or coat the fibre with resin glue and lamination it with carrier PE film, afterwords dry and solidify, and then go through the 0/90º orthogonal lamination or crossply machine in the back. The product has excellent features such as low density, high abrasion resistance, strong impact resistance, and strong cutting resistance.
• The equipment applies resin adhesives onto fibres to produce non-weft fabrics for plates or helmets or vests.
