    UD prepregs impregnation machine is to prepreg strong UHMWPE which has the lightest weight and specific gravity, consisted of ultra-high strength and high modulus polyethylene fibers or Aramid fibers.
    Kuntai UD prepregs impregnating machine uniformly places the fibers and spreads them as per final product target requirements and precisely impregnates or coats it with resin as per different application requirements and then laminate with film carrier.
    Afterwards, Kuntai can provide you with 2UD heat pressing laminating machine or 2UD/4UD crossply machines and other auxiliary equipments, like automatic UD fabric sheets cutting machine, UD prepregs edge cutting machine, UD fabric inspection machine, etc.

    1. The UD prepregs impregnating machine adopts stable mechanical operation rollers and special-shaped devices to spread the fibre uniformly, impregnate or coat with resin glue and lamination with the carrier PE film, dry and solidify, and then go through the 0/90º orthogonal lamination or crossply machine in the back. The product has excellent properties such as low density, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and strong cutting resistance. 
    2. The equipment uses resin adhesives to produce non-weft fabrics.
    3. With HMI+PLC control system for easy operation, double rolls rewinder for high production efficiency, replacing the tedious operation.
    4. The mirror surface processing rollers are used for fibre pulling and fibre laying to ensure that the damage to the fiber performance is reduced to the greatest extent during the operation.
    5. The machine adopts gear transmission, which has strong torque transmission and stability.
    6. Drying roller uses external oil boiler, which provides stable and uniform heating for the forming of UD prepregs.
