Kuntai’s UD fabric impregnation machine has special patented spreading device for uniform spreading of fibers before impregnating into resin. The resin content in the UD tape is well adjusted by adjusting the solid content of the dispersion. One day each line production can be up to 600-700kgs.
Besides impregnating,Kuntai’s UD fabric impregnation machine can also do resin coating, realizing one machine with multiple functions.
After UD fabric impregnating process, you can use Kuntai’s UD sheet cutting machine, crossply machine, othogonal lamination machine, inspection machine, edge cutting machine to get both soft and hard products.

1. The UD fabric impregnation machine consists stable mechanical operation rollers and special-shaped devices to spread uniformly the fibre, impregnate or coat the fibre with resin glue and lamination it with carrier PE film, afterwords dry and solidify, and then go through the 0/90º orthogonal lamination or crossply machine in the back. The product has excellent features such as low density, high abrasion resistance, strong impact resistance, and strong cutting resistance.
2. The equipment applies resin adhesives onto fibres to produce non-weft fabrics for plates or helmets or vests.
3. With touch screen and PLC control system for easy operation, double rolls rewinder for nonstop continuous production, removing the tedious operation.
4. The mirror surface processed rollers are adopted for fibre feeding and fibre spreading to minimizing the damage to the fiber performance during the impregnation operation.
5. The impregnation machine uses gear drive, providing strong torque transmission and stability.
6. External oil boiler for the drying roller provides stable and uniform heating for the formation of UD prepregs after impregnation.
