Kuntai Glue Spray Lamination Machine Successfully Running in Australia

This Australia customer uses our this Spray Lamination Machine to laminate glasswool and reinforced aluminium foil for insulation materials for roofing in construction. Because his glasswool is thick and can not be pulled too hard, our engineers recommend the spray type lamination machine for them. In the design, we have used conveyor belt to convey the heavy and loose glasswool and we have used unwinder with tension control for aluminium foil. For reaching strong bonding performance, we have used two sets of pressing laminating rollers. After lamination, we have made online preset length cutting, so that the final product rolls length can be set in the touch screen for easy operation.

In order to meet environmentally friendly requirements, this customer has chosen to use hot melt adhesive for lamination. Therefore, we have equipped the machine with hot melt glue melting system and related glue spray device.

The machine installation and trial testing has taken 7 days. During the 7 days, our engineer and the customer's supervisor and operators have worked together and cooperated smoothly with each other. Our engineer has enjoyed the beautiful scenery and delicious food there in Australia.
