Cutting Machine Safety Tips

Just like operating all other machines, it has certain danger in operating this Cutting Machine. If you observe the safety tips, the risk will be controlled to the minimum.

This cutting machine is designed for specific use, so pls do not use it for other applications or change it for other purposes. Should you have any doubt about the cutting machine, pls feel free to contact us. Do not operate it until you are quite familiar with the machine.

Pls read the operation manual carefully and get to know the key points, the process sequence and potential danger in operating the cutting machine.

Pls do not remove any parts or the protection plate.

Reliable ground connection should be arranged by professional and qualified electrician for the cutting machine.

Pls do not put the cutting machine in humid place or open area. The working site for the machine should be clean, tidy and have enough light.

The cutting machine operators should be trained and professional. Their age should be over 18 years old. Kids should be kept away from the working site and other staff or visitors should keep it at a distance.

More than one people operating the cutting machine at the same time is prohibited.

Operate the cutting machine according to the technical data on the nameplate. Pls do not overload.

Fasten the materials for cutting with special fixture. It is safe and facilitates the operating of the machine. Pls do not use hand to hold the materials.

The operators should wear suitable overalls. Pls do not wear gloves or other decorations. Operators with long hair should wear a hood.

The working tables of the cutting machine should be clean and tidy. The cutting moulds and knives should be sharp and clean.

To repair or maintain the cutting machine, the power should be shut down and the motors should be completely stopped. Safety markings for repair and maintenance should be put up.

To repair or maintain the motors or hydraulic system, the motors and hydraulic oil should be cool down completely. Proper packing should be put between the upper pressing plate and the working table of the cutting machine.

If some parts need to be changed when repairing or maintaining the cutting machine, we can provide them on request.

Before starting the cutting machine, pls check carefully each part of the machine and make sure all is in good state.

Before leaving the cutting machine, shut down the power and make sure the machine is completely stopped.

The operators should stay awake. Operation should not be taken after drinking, taking medication or drugs or when the operators are tired.
