Generally, there are two types of flame laminating machines: flame laminating machine for two layers of materials lamination in one step and flame laminating machine for three layers of materials lamination in one step.
If the flame lamination machine has one burner, it can laminate only two layers of materials in one pass. If the flame lamination machine has two burners, it can laminate three layers of materials in one pass.
The key part of the flame lamination machine is the burner/flare roller. In China, there are mainly two types of burner/flare roller: domestic type and Korean type. Burner/flare roller quality determines the foam burning thickness, bonding uniformity and strength.
